It is hard keeping your focus in a time like this. Sometimes it is so hard it feels like a trial someone goes through in a medieval or ancient saga, and perhaps the hardships those portray are truly about the difficulty of taking on political power that makes blood-chillingly cynical use of its storytelling and myth creating narratives.

For me, it is confusing or scary to think in those terms about our struggle as humanitarians and egalitarians in this day and age; on the contrary, I think that allowing for this grand dimension of things to be present can teach us respect for the meaning of the war we’re engaged in (I’d call it ‘metaphysical‘ if I wasn’t afraid of being misunderstood to be a mystic, or a spiritual type, which I’m decidedly not).

It is not a war of convenience and privilege: it is something that we feel as trying to stop humanity from falling into the abyss; a black hole from which there can be no return.

Yesterday even, one aspect of said war, or our time, struck me with what I think are the right words (which I used in the title of this article). It relates to the concurrent presence of 3 destabilizing elements in this cultural moment: child abuse, pornography and fake (disingenuousness, gaslighting and other manifestations of fake exist in abundance; I’m grouping all of them under the very short and blunt term ‘fake‘).

And the connection, or the collaborative relationship between these 3 elements hit me hardest when I saw the reaction video to Trump’s State of the Union soliloquy, which the Democrats chose representative Abigail Spanberger to deliver.

And I watched her, or some clips from her speech (who can watch an entire speech by a politician these days? It is too much for your nervous system), and so many things suddenly fell into place in my mind.

The former CIA agent, meaning a professionally trained deceiver, and a very alluring woman (pardon, but it is relevant to the topic, and not a personal discussion of her or my taste), was talking and every expression she made was that of an expert temptress (are porn actresses trying to look like corporate feminist success stories now, or is it the opposite?), but it was also very clear that she was relentlessly lying to her audience (the biggest lie being what’s happening now in the US can be remedies through counter speeches).

Then it hit me: she was lying to her audience like some manipulative adults lie to children. It is that ridiculously obvious to an onlooker.

Epstein, Gaza and the America’s corporate soul and corporate media became one in my mind in an instant.

It is hard to explain an epiphany, but I will try (it’s probably easier when your listeners are so ripe, having been mercilessly prepared for whatever by reality).

The infantilization of adults and the sexualization of children are not two different phenomena. They are one.

Do you see it now?

No pubic hair. No heart. No truth. No childhood. No adulthood.

If there’s one major theme and one major pain that hasn’t le me go, and I haven’t been able to let go of (and I know you feel the same) in the last 2.5 years, it is the maddening indifference to cruelty toward children and babies, which sometimes was more heartbreaking and depressing than the cruelty itself.

This is not happening because the US needs to do this, or wants to do this. This not happening because the US is under threat.

The only reason the US is entering this war is because Israel alone controls every aspect of the USA’s political system, culture, media, academia, religion, economy and everything else of any significance.

Americans are not free.

The US has no will of its own.

If it did, it would be effortlessly quelled by Israel. We are seeing how the opposition to Israel’s genocide, espionage-blackmail tactics and domination of the American conversation amount to absolutely nothing, or less than nothing.

The war with Iran is not an American war. It is a Zionist war waged using American people, equipment, and money, which Israel directs at will.

And it is happening because the US has allowed itself to be infiltrated to the degree it cannot be considered an independent country anymore.

Now, Americans are going to pay dearly for the treachery, corruption and stupidity of their leadership over many decades.

They will also pay for their own political paralysis, and the astonishing dysfunctionality of the American system of government, as enshrined in the American Constitution, guarantying pompous unsuitability for either representability or accountability, and the rule of corruption and racism.

Zionist power in the US should have been qualified and checked a long, long time ago. The failure to do so even after Iraq and Afghanistan now puts the wellbeing and livelihood of countless Americans at risk, alongside the international standing of their country, and the stability of the entire American project, which depends on cheap oil and the undisputed strength of the US dollar for its very survival.

None of what’s about to unfold will materialize because Americans chose to do it. It will unfold because Americans don’t run their country, and have no way of running their country as long as the current system is in place.

But maneuver, pretend, evade and deflect as much as they can (the demonic pedophile-defending class), some things are beyond their narrative-manufacturing control, and thus open a window to actual reality.

May I say: meeting reality is extremely rare in the information hellspace we’ve been thrown involuntarily.

One of those things the monsters cannot narrative-control with ease is timing. The sequence of events, and their potential interconnectedness, is something that’s painstakingly difficult to fabricate or hide: knowing what political battles JFK was involved in before he was murdered can teach you stuff that no denialist press briefing can cover in doubt. The same goes for relevant events that preceded 9/11, and so on.

Timing is perhaps the foremost tool available for looking behind the heavy curtain of deceit permanently drawn by political power: even the most powerful are bound by the inescapable laws of a linear time continuum, where everything universally happens as a result of, or a reaction to, things that took place before.

Nothing is ever arbitrary.

Now consider how the Epstein scandal and Israel’s USA’s (you read that right) Iran war are nearing a climax at the same time. Could this be random? Furthermore, could a) Ghislaine Maxwell offering her full confession in return for a Trump pardon and b) Netanyahu coming to Washington for a potentially last big attempt to push the same Trump into war with Iran happening in the same week be a coincidence? With all her Israel ties?

Well, no. Israel’s biggest blackmail operation in history and its biggest war-mongering push cannot just innocently coincide. They are interconnected. And it is really not that difficult to see how.

Maxwell ever stopped being an Israeli agent

Of all the misleading things said about actions grouped together under the headline ‘the Epstein scandal’, the implied inference that they describe terrible things that belong to the past could be the most dangerous.

By framing this as a scandal about the past, Western power structures make the treatment of the scandal mainly an issue of justice for former victims which, in the twisted culture we live in, is the least appealing quality any subject could have.

Justice is for the weak and the rightfully run over by the strong and the system. The strong win contests, live in luxury and get the beautiful girls (secretly, how many men and women actually admire Epstein for living life to its fullest?).

Conversely, Justice as a cultural-media theme is neither sexy nor exhilarating: it is discomforting, lackluster and slow, or all the things media in the capitalist West hates with all its heartlessness: give them fake empathy, a benign success story, a fast closure, and some illicit content to be both aroused and sanctimonious about - this is their business model.

In political reality, though, nothing about Epstein died in the past. On the contrary: these files present the clearest, most poignant testimony on how things are being managed in our power circles; how much character and morality they lack, and how support for capitalism and Zionism is entwined with pedophilia, satanism, and rape.

As we’ve already mentioned the present, let’s also keep in mind that no other current issue will have the same impact on our lives as a potential war with Iran. And, lo and behold: everyone who has a say in the matter in Trump’s orbit of infamy is implicated in the Epstein scandal; and the countries that allowed Epstein’s network to literally take over the West - Israel, the US, Britain and others - are the same countries that have been the most fanatic on the need to go to war with Iran.

And not only is the Epstein scandal not about the past in a political sense, the other main figure in it, Ghislaine Maxwell, has suddenly risen from her beauty nap and has offered to reveal everything she knows in return for Donald Trump pardoning her.

And she’s doing it in the same week in which Netanyahu is in the US, trying to mobilise his legions in America to send the country into harm’s way in the Persian Gulf.

From all that we know about Maxwell and Epstein and their vast network of Jewish and Zionist connections, it would be glaringly stupid to assume they worked for anyone but Israel.

So why should we assume that relationship is over? Would it not make a lot more sense to conclude that Maxwell has been left alive specifically for the purpose she’s fulfilling - namely to serve as God’s whip in Israel’s hand, as regards Western elites, and Donald Trump himself in particular?

A few years ago, we were sold a false happy ending to the Epstein scandal: he was dead and his most renowned co-collaborator was in prison. But does anyone believe that the gargantuan business and national interests that the Epstein class represented have just gone away with the imprisonment of one person and the death of another?

No, this is just nonsensical.

Maxwell must have been left as a dormant threat against anyone who might be foolish enough to give away the Israel connection of the whole operation. She was, and still is, a Zionist and an Israeli agent. When she offers Trump a sweetheart deal of his own - complete vindication for a personal pardon - she’s really letting him know there is a way out of the Epstein scandal for him if he says yes to Netanyahu on war against Iran.

They cannot fake timing.

What can we expect now?

Has Trump decided to go to war on behalf of Israel yet? We will only know when the first planes and missiles fly into and out of Iran. It does look like, though, he is more serious about it than last time.

And we also know how vital this war is for Netanyahu and Zionism, and can assume they are doing all they can to goad, coax, persuade, encourage, bribe, mislead, and intimidate everyone in the US whose opinion is required on this matter.

Simultaneously, as the Epstein scandal begins to get out of control for Western elites, a formal pardon for Maxwell and less formal one for Trump may seem like a desirable path to safety, or at least a raincheck of judgement day.

So we can expect Republican and Zionist pundits to start pushing for a pardon for Maxwell. This would be a major tell this effort is an Israeli psyop.

I will not try to predict what Trump might do (though my gut feeling tells me the balance tips in the direction of war). But I will say that either if is put on a full-on collision course with an Iran that’s fighting for its survival, or in case a war is avoided, Israel is looking at a very grim future.

If war is what comes next, Israel and its lobbies will be blamed for it, and I expect nothing short of massive, and perhaps catastrophic, destruction in Israel.

If an agreement is reached, Israel is going to be seen as the country that ran the vilest pedophile and trafficking ring in history, which deeply implicates supportive Zionist Western elites - and that’s on top of the Gaza Holocaust.

It will be very satisfying to be an anti-Zionist in the coming years. You’ll see.

A quarter of the 21st century is already behind us, as well as over 500 years of unmitigated European, British, and, since the 20th century, mostly American imperialism, now cringingly embodied in its rawest, nakedest form in an American president who is a living, breathing display of everything that has been wrong with the West.

Yet while other civilizations and regions of the world already have organic, healthy resistance mechanisms against the new colonial push, NATO countries (plus Australia and New Zealand) remain, for the most part, paralyzed.

Just as they froze when faced with Israel’s historic barbarism in Palestine, they seem to just vacantly stare at the train headed their way, unable to muster the will to get up and move away from the track.

But the train is coming, and guarantees the destruction of their autonomy, or, potentially, their very existence: one cannot exaggerate the possible outcome of making a country’s institutions and norms seem utterly useless, which is what is in the process of happening to every Western country.

See, unlike his more polished predecessors, Trump does not understand subtlety; he only speaks and gets visible, demonstrable power, subjugation, and takeover.

Trump does not want the quiet reassurance of having Canada in the USA’s pocket in every meaningful way: he wants Canadians actually, directly manhandled by his ICE, and Canadian institutions turning into a global joke. In the same way, he doesn’t want Gaza run by the American satellite Israel, but demands direct control over its affairs.

Everything must be a brutal, vulgar spectacle. That’s Trump’s brand and creed.

We can call him a megalomaniac and bully all we want; without putting up an impenetrable wall of resistance to his pressure, all the indignation and verbalized hurt in the world will do naught to stop him and his barbarian hordes.

Under Trump, the US needs to be taught a lesson that will be as clear as the concrete humiliation and subjugation Trump seeks to impose. This can only be accomplished by stripping the US of tangible assets, reach, and power in a declaratory, openly visible way.

You defeat Trump by making him the victim of a humiliation spectacle of the kind he loves to subject others to, and you add a cold, calculated blow to his ability to perform to return the discourse to normalcy and realism.

There is a lot that can be done to counter American power in the world in a peaceful way, from changing the composition and protocol of the UNSC to denying American platforms and businesses access. The most urgent task NATO members (+Aus and NZ) have, though, which they should see to immediately, is to unfurl the camouflage that allows the US to freely operate as a supposed ally of Europe, Canada, and Australia, while working to destroy them.

These countries must, for their own survival, start helping their populations and cultures realize that the US is not an ally, but a formidable national threat.

This is the key and most important task now. Because, while being confused and unsure what to make of the US, Western systems cannot even begin to stage proper opposition and resistance. And the most prominent apparatus for sowing said confusion is NATO (and its Pacific offshoot, 5 Eyes), an ostensible defense pact designed to make every Western country laser-focused on any other threat in the world, real or fictional, except that posed by the USA.

Look away in every direction while the US occupies you, and gobbles up your will, sense of purpose, and life’s energy, as well as any material possession of note. That’s what NATO and 5 Eyes are designed to facilitate: the takeover of the West, not Russia, China, West Asia, or Africa

And the damage of NATO permitted to carry on existing is far more serious and severe than just the muddying of perspective: with the US given unlimited access to territory, population, and intelligence, it can use it in a very pragmatic military way to take down, or wreak havoc, on any emerging islands of resistance in the West.

This is not an allyship; it is an occupation.

The only crisp, direct, and Trump-fitted way to make it clear to both the US and their own populations that they are not open for hostile takeover is to bring down and cancel altogether the normative and legal architecture that lets the US pass as an overlord-ally.

And beyond the immensely important field of optics and perception, there is, as I’ve mentioned, a practical element to this that could actually be critical for survival, for no one should rule out the possibility that, under Trump, the US could use its military bases in Western countries for actual sabotage and violent takeover, or just to intimidate and blackmail politicians, institutions and figures of influence.

The very presence of US forces is enough to make all local politicians, anywhere, feel like they operate under the weight and dark shadow of a foreign empire, one any criticism of which is taboo (just like Israel, now isn’t that a convivial coincidence?).

The US is used to thinking and acting like it naturally owns the West, and is allowed by Manifest Destiny to take over any additional part of the world it sets its sights on. It is now the urgent job of Western people to make it clear to the US that none of this is true.

Start by disbanding NATO and 5 Eyes now, before American troops take over your parliaments. Make a stand and erect a barrier. The bully will turn away; he can’t handle an open challenge.

Note: it is not about resources; it is about exceptionalism and sadism

If you’ve followed the Mizrahi Perspective for a while, you know that I have been very persistent with this angle. I don’t buy into the ‘resources‘ discourse: the colonial impulse is not about material possessions, but about other people and the very, very sick need the colonizer has to feel special, exceptional, and supreme. In other words, the colonizer has to constantly be reassured that they can do what you can’t, and best of all, they can do to you what you can’t do to them, or anybody else.

The US could buy or mine all the resources it needs like any normal country. It would have cost less than the insane military machine it maintains to steal everything.

But it is not about securing resources. It is about the need to feel exceptional. It is about showing the world (and spectacle is key here, as Trump demonstrates every minute of every day) that the US can do what other countries can’t. It is a ritual designed to celebrate the sadistic rush that comes from imposing something on people who don’t want it but are helpless to resist.

It is not and never has been about territory or resources. It is about exceptionalism and sadism. ‘Resources‘ is just the nice, capitalist way of marketing barbarism and cruelty.

Don’t despair: help is on the way

While the US can terrorize Denmark and Venezuela, it cannot do much to impress any serious world actor. China and Russia are not panicking over US imperial outreach: they know they cannot be touched. Iran stands strong, North Korea is unperturbed, and Muslim and African voices and cultures are finding their resistance voices.

The US is growing more desperate, and consequently more avaricious, yet despite all the fuckery and 4th-Reich vibes, actual US power and relevance in the world is undeniably diminishing, and will continue to do so.

Even in the West, and even in the US itself, the atmosphere of decay and collapse is strongly felt, and the majority of the people want nothing to do with colonial adventurism and are not energized by its false promise, even if they have no idea how to organize politically to have a system that truly represents them.

The system they do have was specifically designed to make them politically clueless and powerless.

What I’m saying is: what we’re seeing from the US is not the birth of a new global empire, but the deathbed palpitations of an old, out-of-touch and blind power in its final days.

Wherever the US meets resistance, it will fold, and its failures, defeats, and unbearable contradictions won’t take much longer to bring down this breathtakingly deformed political being.

Let’s not despair. Actually, we need to rejoice: the end is already visible. In fact, it is the fear of the great emasculating, humiliating rebalancing of world power that is the main driver of this latest imperial push.

Last week, however, things took a decisive turn for the better when Turkey and Saudi Arabia joined with Pakistan to counter the UAE and Israeli maneuvers in the Horn of Africa and the Red Sea, with swift moves in Somalia, Sudan, and Yemen changing things dramatically in the region - more indigenous and local control, and less Western and Israeli-backed scecessionist and rebel groups for hire.

Additionally, every Arab and Muslim country in the world condemned and denounced Israel’s recognition of the made-up entity ‘Somaliland‘: another telltale sign that Israel’s dream of forcing its will and domination on Arabs and Muslims is not happening.

And with Russia winning in Ukraine (my next text will be about Russia and Russophobia) and the US acting like a maniac out of control, we can and should feel empathy for kind Americans who must be aghast at the pace of decline in their country, but, boy, can we be happy for humanity that the empire is losing its power in quite a speedy and dramatic fashion.

If I were to describe the political mood I’ve been in this past week, I would call it ‘teary-eyed and happy-hearted‘: things are sad, but the trajectory is sunny. InshaAllah, I’ll be proven right.

One thing we need to always remember is that we live in a society ruled by sadists, abusers, liars, and murderers. And we need to remember this always, because if we let our guard down for one second, they take over our thinking.

The Epstein scandal is a great example of this. Without us noticing, this story is slowly being channelled to represent things that we have supposedly always known, which is how they depoliticise it.

But we are here only for political lessons. The time and our human dignity simply don’t allow for anything else.

The discussion about teenage victims and how they suffered is not political, so we’re getting it. It is also not authentic, because Western societies have no problem with abuse and murder.

The slippage into ‘we don’t know who Epstein worked for‘ is not political (on the receiving end: the side that pushes it knows exactly what they’re doing), and we’re getting it, too.

The focus on the personalities involved is also apolitical by nature.

Even the desire to know what Trump precisely did is not political: the proven association should be enough to end his career (but it’s not enough: people want nasty details, and so they trade all their moral and political agency for the joy of gossip and innuendo).

And all of these angles are slowly taking over the conversation and making this scandal, which should have been used as a samurai sword to cut through the system and all its failed narratives, into something completely different. A soap opera instead of a Checkov short story.

The more time and mental space the class of murderers and deceivers has to coordinate and market their lies, the less chance normal people have to withstand the onslaught. This is what they have done with Gaza.

If we can’t have a decisive reaction, let’s at least have a valuable political lesson

The core of the Epstein scandal is not his heinous, pathological use of teens, but the depravity and moral and mental vacuity of supposedly strong men in positions of power and influence.

The same vacuity that screams in our faces from the realities of our time, only much more poignant, much stronger, and closer to home.

It is the ‘behind the scenes‘, or ‘director’s cut‘ of a generation of young men who feel empty of power and purpose; the drug epidemic, the gaming addiction, and porn, the devastating economic inequality, hopelessness of work and uselessness of making it in such a system, the terrible loneliness of people in the US and the technological West, the amazing feebleness and actual, handicap-grade inability to call things by their proper names, and make a single honest political observation, or demand.

First, the political: The timing of the Epstein dump

At this most Alice-in-Wonderland moment in American history, when everything in politics and culture (or even the stock markets) is grotesquely exaggerated and hardly believable, 3 major developments are unfolding, and all 3 concern Israel in a major way:

1. The Epstein files

2. The so-called ceasefire agreement in Gaza (and the attempt to provide an international stamp of approval for it through the UNSC)

3. Israel’s plan to guarantee a new, 20-year (!) defense aid agreement with the US government

Those 3 developments could theoretically be unrelated, but it makes little sense to think that that’s the case. To me, a much more compelling explanation for this synchronicity can be laid out like this: Israel needs the impression of a ceasefire in Gaza to make a new, long-term security pact with the US a lot less controversial. They don’t want such an agreement to be passed with a slim or modest majority in Congress, and if the genocide is too visible and still ongoing, it would be hard for Israel to achieve a big majority among American representatives for it.

Given the current mood in the US, approving any deal that would provide Israel tens of billions in US taxpayer money is going to be a PR challenge, but trying to accomplish this against a backdrop of dying and dismembered children could prove too risky.

Zionism needs this new pact for its actual survival (and it’s not just the money, as I’ll explain in a minute).

But Israel cannot accept a ceasefire agreement that would jeopardise its colonial aspirations for Gaza. It needs to make it clear to Trump that any attempt to give Arab and Muslim countries actual power in the post-genocide Gaza will be punished severely. Hence, the reemergence of the Epstein files just at this very moment: it may very well be a sword Israel is wielding over Trump’s head in a Hail Mary Zionist attempt to ensure both a new, generational defense aid agreement is passed and a ceasefire beneficial to Israeli dominance is rammed through international institutions using every nasty trick in the American playbook.

A return of the Russia hoax?

One piece of evidence that corroborates this view of things is the inclusion of a possible Russian link in the current Epstein dump.

I found this very curious. What I also found curious (or even curioser) was that Israel was hardly mentioned in the emails that have been leaked so far. Russia was the only country actually named in them. You could almost get the impression that Epstein was a Russian spy, and something tells me this angle could be picked up by Western media.

Additionally, what has been released so far did not contain damning, irrefutable proof that Trump was a pedophile who molested trafficked minors as part of his association with Epstein. Now, it’s impossible not to know this much is true by now, using simple common sense, but what we’ve seen so far did not provide a smoking gun. Meaning, if anyone was orchestrating this on purpose, they meant this as a warning to Trump, letting him know that, unless he did what they wanted, the more salacious and explicit stuff would be released.

Support for Israel in the US is collapsing: they have to do everything they can to prevent an existential crisis.

Given that Trump is tasked with passing a 20-year defense agreement with Israel in this atmosphere, and with pushing the international community to accept the Israeli occupation of Gaza under another name, the flaunting of the Epstein materials can easily be seen as an incentive for Trump to do right by his handlers (and if he was offered some dirt on his Democrat opponents, as his latest social media posts suggest, it also tallies with a ticket out of jail awarded him for his obedience).

Why Russia

Implicating Russia as part of the Epstein scandal could theoretically work as the perfect red herring for America’s liberals and establishment media. They can be trusted to make this the essence of the story, or at least to create enough confusion to meet the low bar of popular reasonable doubt about Israel’s guilt.

But there’s another reason for it, which integrates beautifully with the ceasefire angle: Russia is submitting a counter-proposal to that of the US for Gaza, where the most vital element for Israel, a fantastical ‘Board of Peace‘ (read: ‘Bored of Peace’) is removed altogether, which would make the continued indefinite suspension of Palestinian rights, and the continued deception the international community about it, a lot harder for Israel.

So, how do we remind Western audiences of how evil Russia is? How do we signal to Trump whom he should be very careful of accommodating? That’s right: we make Russia part of the Epstein scandal. Now, all the loose ends are neatly strung together: we have no clarity on Israel’s guilt, we have a charged public opinion against Russia, preventing any discussion on the possible merit of its Gaza plan, and we keep Trump both very afraid and with a very well-marked path out of his misery.

It would not surprise me if Trump resumes a more aggressive stance toward Russia in the coming days, just to keep himself in the clear.

One thing to keep in mind, which makes a second American Revolution inescapable

The tidy script I described here, which could potentially be an actual Israeli plan, omits one rather important thing, and that’s life.

Life, as we know, is not very neat and tidy. It has many contradictions and overlaps, absurdities, uncertainties, and surprises.

In other words, political and cultural powers that rely on their self-attributed ability to engineer and manufacture reality and consciousness for great numbers of people over indefinite periods of time, and get the results they want, are always bound to fail. We can never account for all contingencies, and if we’re normal, we are not looking for this kind of reassurance.

But they, to put it mildly, are not normal.

Like all tyrants, zionists are good tacticians, but bad strategists: they narcissistically focus on their shiny strategems and ignore human nature. They rely on an imagined endless ability to suppress, manipulate, and intimidate, in a world that is growing tired of aggression and accepts less and less of it as simply fate or the cost of being human; a world where domination is not cool anymore. I don’t think that Zionists saw it coming 20 or 50 years ago. They should have, but they didn’t.

It’s mainly about cutting taxes for the rich and downsizing services for the poor and middle class, the bread-and-butter of fascist-capitalist legislation efforts over many generations already (a project only paused for a while in the US when it felt threatened by the rising popularity of socialism and communism, and resumed with a vengeance in once the USSR dissolved).

But there was something in that bill that stood out. It was so weird that it made me feel like it was the real core of the entire bill: the one really strategic desire around which many layers of capitalist bureaucratic boredom were added for deception.

States will not be allowed to regulate AI. Everything AI will be centrally managed by the federal government. How bizarre. I’m going to dedicate a video to (the politically important aspects of) AI soon, but here I’ll just bring up one aspect of this inclusion in the bill, which is very relevant to this piece, as tragically defined by its title.

But first let me tell you something a little crazy, yet more than a little true. It is how all of this began. And I do mean: all of it.

Now, attributing everything to just one event is foolish and something we should refrain from doing generally. I acknowledge this truth. And I am also aware that, once I wrote it (or rather, you read it), a whole process of criticism and qualification I have no control over will begin.

Still, I am walking for months with this tragic, sad realization, and I cannot not say it.

And I think that all of this is happening mainly for one reason, and it is the collective denial, which we all contribute to, of the holocaust committed against American natives for the United States to be erected on their mass graves and former homes and communities.

I swear to you, I can feel this truth in the cool air of a July California evening: the spiritual, emotional, and cultural void that was left when the Cherokee, the Navajo, the Sioux, the Apache, and dozens of other tribes were eradicated: the American landscape is a bereaved parent: it misses its lost sons and daughters; it calls their names and longs for the touch of their children’s bare feet. It missed their grace and music, the colors they wore and adorned their homes with, their loving gazes, and the existence that danced with the land and its cycles, and did not possess, divide, or objectify it.

They are almost completely gone but are painfully present in their absence.

Venture into an American evening anywhere in nature, and you’ll hear and feel it, too. The lost Indian babies will become just as real for you as those of Palestine.

Contrast it with everything that’s happened since he was arrested and what’s at stake currently (war, recession, international turmoil, and fascism): isn’t it surreal that this case, involving one person, got so much liberal media attention and supposedly radical-left focused treatment, celebrities and all?

Well, yesterday, an immigration judge in Louisiana ruled that Khalil can be legally deported, but that, of course, doesn’t bring this case to a close. One may be sound in assuming that Mahmoud Khalil will be at the center of left-wing attention in the US even after the apocalypse.

And do you remember the ‘all eye on Rafah‘ campaign from a year ago?

That massive social media blitz was shared by millions around the world. Like all liberal causes, it was so catchy and so well designed. I hated it and didn’t participate in it; the minute something begins to look and feel well designed, it starts to stink of liberalism to me, and I hate it. Political struggles need a kind of raw emotional quality that rejects cute or sophisticated design (which doesn’t mean their messaging needs to be deliberately childish or illiterate; it just needs to feel raw and not emotionally stunted.

There have been so many causes and struggles like that over the years that it is impossible to recount all of them. Much of the gender and climate discourses were plagued by that well-designed, self-secluding righteousness, and they have brought us basically nowhere in terms of the grand political direction Western societies have taken. The big feeling and consciousness that is so important for a sense of collective purpose and meaning.

This is not to malign people who deeply care about the environment or sincerely want a society where different gender options and combinations are welcome; I very much identify with these causes. I just think that placing them first on a list of political priorities was a deliberate trick played by Western establishments and a big miss on the part of well-intended would-be political reformers who have gained, as I’ve said (earnestly rather than sardonically), essentially nothing by choosing this path.

The West today is more corrupt, dangerous, colonial, capitalist, and warmongering than it was for the better part of a century. In my book, that’s faulire.

Why hope, Western-style, is so destructive to political consciousness (and potentially survival)

I have to admit: speaking against hope is a weird position to be in. Hopefully (pun intended), I can explain how what Western culture indoctrinates us to see as hope is actually paralysis: an inward commitment to never identify anything as existentially dangerous, completely abandoning our judgment and action to be exclusively manipulated by the state in the process.

Basically, in its common form, hope is a belief that things will somehow turn out alright after all. When used in politics generally, and in the context of the Western political order in particular, hope becomes debilitating because it leads people to believe, almost religiously, that things will turn out alright without a fierce struggle.

And so, especially in Western societies, we have been taught to think that because we are inherently, infallibly good (no political system, culture or person ever is), things will just cruise positively to a happy resolution.

We don’t need to identify fascism, authoritarianism, exploitation, and racism and threaten the system with breaking it if it doesn’t change: we can do something symbolic and just rely on the hope that things will, eventually, turn out alright.

The powers that be understand this tendency very well. They are behind it. This is why Westerners are so heavily brainwashed to believe they are (inherently and infallibly) good: specifically to have that innocent belief in the goodness of the system.

What helps those powers in their mission is the fact that no major disaster has happened in the West’s living memory (as opposed to China’s or Russia’s, which have been through huge catastrophes in the last couple of centuries), and so there’s nothing to be worried about, is it? Just sit back and enjoy all the shows.

This underexposure to calamity could explain the wild overreaction to 9/11 or October 7: those events broke the bubble and had the potential to tarnish the childish trust and hope Westerners indulge in so much. It had to be made profusely clear that the model is never wrong, and no adapting is needed.

Westerners almost never fight evils in their societies with any serious intention to create radical change: they trust the system. They have hope that it’s just going to be ok because it always is (right?). Add to the mix heavy doses of tranquilizers and sedatives in the form of drugs, gaming, porn, streaming, sports events, melodramatic soul-crushing news 24/7, shopping addiction and capitalist training, and you get a population that is almost physically incapable of identifying danger, and practically unable to do anything about it even if it did.

As I lay out in this video, pulling people in all those directions becomes much easier when the entire culture and political identity itself rely on made-up, abstract, and self-congratulatory intellectualisms. People easily get disconnected from reality and caught up in a web of propaganda and lies when they don’t have a stable footing to begin with.

What does hope stand for in the West?

If the central belief of a citizen regarding their country negates meaningful political action (as things are expected to naturally be ok), its benefit for the system is quite clear: removing the danger of sharp and well-directed popular resistance and anger is something every power holder dreams about. But how does said hope influence the person experiencing it? What does it become and sustain?

It all goes back to images and representations. Remember, almost everything in culture and politics is a representation of something else (from uniforms to statues, important buildings, the flag, national holidays and ceremonies, and so on).

Dear American student

As a freedom lover, veteran pro-Palestine voice, and former Israeli, I have something principled to say about the current protest in American higher education and the right to object to Zionism and Israel's apartheid, genocide, and occupation of Palestine and Palestinians.

I'm going to write this as a direct address to an American (or foreign) student considering their steps at the moment.

1. Dear student, it is your right and duty to oppose, resist, and protest oppression in all its forms, especially where the US is directly involved. Morality and justice are 100% on your side, and no one can tell you otherwise. They will try, but you just ignore them. Slavery and segregation used to be the law of the land in the US, and now Zionism is. It, too, shall pass.

2. You are being misled into participating in a pointless, hopeless protest. You are not going to change American higher education one bit. You will only waste some of the best years of your life achieving nothing politically while only getting fatigued, jaded, and cynical for the rest of your days. A consumer and nothing more.

3. There are two aspects to why this protest is useless. The first is the nature of the American system. The second is the nature of you and this protest movement.

About the American system, including its higher education branch, I will say the following: it is devoted to Zionism more than you are devoted to your family or life. It is not Zionist, it is Zionism. It exists to destroy Israel's victims. It is its essence, reason for existing, and highest fulfillment.

You will not change higher education because it does not exist separately from the political system or wider culture. It is one with them and part of a single, intricate structure.

The police force where you live and study is Zionist.

The Mayor and council where you live and study are Zionist.

The fire department where you live and study is Zionist.

The hospitals, public libraries, mass transit, internet and cellular services, and any other public service where you live and study are staunchly, devotedly Zionist. That's true anywhere in the USA.

The only thing that can change that is a sweeping, violent revolution or a major and spontaneous cultural sea change.

You are going to be part of neither. No one cares about Palestine (or anything else), and the American public at large is comatose and apolitical. No one will care if the police shoot you in the head, disappear you forever, or place you in a concentration camp.

No one will care, and no one will talk about it, just like no one speaks about the genocide, police brutality, poverty, or anything else of political consequence. No one cares. You need to internalize this because this is the field you operate in.

NY police can execute 50 students in broad daylight tomorrow, and no one will be fired. After a day or two, their families will not be interviewed anymore, and after a week, it will be just meh, it's life, you know?

You know I'm right.

No one cares if you live or die and your protest will achieve absolutely nothing. Believe me. I have seen the same sentiment a million times before. You cannot and will not change the system by playing by its rules and participating in it. it won't happen. Look what happened to the anti-Vietnam or the civil rights movements. They made no difference. The system swallowed them whole.

I hope this cold and seemingly heartless and dark point is clear because it must be. I don't do sentimentalism, and neither should you.

4. But not all is lost because you don't have to be part of anything, and the realm of private choice is where you win your political agency (and humanity) back.

Remember: as long as you're part of the system, all your actions in it make it stronger. So don't be in it.

Don't be part of a higher education system designed to support what you (rightly) see as genocide. Staying in it only nullifies your stance. It's a contradiction you cannot solve. No one can.

What you can and should to is quit the system and leave your school. Make a point of letting the establishment know why you're doing this.

Instead of attending a religiously genocidal institution and feeding it with your energy and money, pack your bags and go study abroad.

Go study in Moscow, Saint Petersburg, Barcelona or Madrid, Bejing, Dublin, or Capetown (to name a few excellent options).

Go and be where you can openly voice your opinions without sanction, meet humanity, and establish the connections needed for making the revolution more possible tomorrow.

You will lose nothing by choosing this path, and gain a lot. And, as a serious added benefit, such a move will seriously dampen your chances of being integrated into corporate America, and that's a huge blessing. You'd be much better off, morally and politically, doing a blue-collar job.

Don't be fooled into thinking you have no place to go. it is not true. You are free to move. Exercise your freedom.

Let go of the spoiled romantic dream of a manipulated, monitored, and sterile student movement causing any meaningful change in a country like the US. Get out and get stronger. Broaden your horizons, expand your vocabulary, and de-Americanize your soul.

Lastly, take this from me: at least half of the people and organizations you interact with in the protest movement actually work for either the Israeli or American government. It is all smoke and mirrors. Get out and be free.

Don't waste your youth on trying to save a system designed and built to support genocide, like a gambler trying to outsmart the casino. You won't.

A second genocide in two years, prescribed and protected by Western powers, and perpetrated by Western-aligned forces in the Levant.

Western powers have given Israel permission and the backing to slaughter everyone Israel accused of being associated with Hamas - including infants, neighbors, and passers-by, resulting in indiscriminate killing and a Palestinian holocaust.

They have authorized the extermination of medical staff and journalists en masse; they have authorized all forms of torture; they have defended all of that relentlessly, persecuting and intimidating people who opposed the clearly visible, heavily documented in real-time genocide.

They - the same countries and forces - are doing this again in Syria.

They have authorized the extermination of Syrian minorities - the well-documented in real-time mass extermination of innocent people.

In Palestine, the broad umbrella term meant to legitimize mass murder is 'Hamas'. In Syria, it is 'Assad supporters'.

In both Palestine and Syria, the slaughter of innocents, the respective genocide, has been organized, armed, and enforced internationally by Western countries that have no historical or geographical link to the Levant.

Both genocides are genocides of preference and convenience for cold political calculation and the spread of Western domination. These are not spontaneous outbursts of uncontrollable popular rage; these cold-clooded, calculated genocides, planned strategically and performed mechanically by people whose only link to the Middle East is their desire to control it.

We must remember this, and, when the ride shifts and the balance of power changes, each of the individuals who planned and enabled this must pay the price for their actions. They must stand trial and have all their crimes detailed and exposed in full.

The culture that breeds such monstrosity can only and will only be hated and detested by the rest of humanity and we need to teach ourselves and our children to hate Western culture; it is a culture of fake and cold-blooded murder. There is absolutely nothing else to it.

It is a price I pay for my political stance, and I’m paying it lovingly and without a trace of bitterness (honest to god): this is my share, this is my journey, and I embrace it.

It is not for anything or anyone; not for praise or recognition. I do this for me, out of respect for me. Nuff said.

Zelenskyy came to the White House to sign a terrible surrender and extortion deal, let’s remember that. With Trump coming into power, Ukraine was forced to not only admit defeat in its war with Russia, but also pay the US for its support by handing over half of Ukraine’s natural resources to its formerly benevolent and democracy-loving, and now all business, American allies.

That blow wasn’t enough for Trumo and Vance. They also needed to add a touch of public shaming to this terrible betrayal, so they sat America’s puppet in Ukraine in front of the cameras and rebuked and denounced him for the whole world to see.

This is Trump’s world: humiliation and showmanship are the bread and butter of his circus act.

After the White House spectacle, we’re told, Zellenskyy was asked to leave, and no deal was signed; perhaps another unnecessary reminder that Trump’s image as a dealmaker and his actual record are two very distinct things (and about Trump’s image and how it collides with Netanyahu’s and may save Gaza, read the note I posted earlier today).

All Ukraine had to do; all America does

As this bit of history has been heavily explained by subject matter experts like Jeffery Zachs and others, there’s no need for me to repeat all of it.

Suffice it to say that the entire Ukraine debacle, or disaster, should have been avoided and could have been easily avoided had the US not decided to make the country a platform for fighting Russia.

There was never any reason for Ukraine to join NATO, the Cold War relic the US security apparatus was never going to get rid of. There was never any reason to arm Ukraine and help it build a giant military; the poorest country in Europe needed help climbing out of poverty, creating infrastructure, and developing its economy, education system, and social cohesion.

But the US, the UK, and Germany wouldn’t hear of it. Instead, they kept pushing for more radical anti-Russia sentiments in Ukraine, where ethnic Russians made up almost 20% of the population, and where the Russian language was widely spoken and Russian culture was celebrated and enjoyed by many.

The US and its Western counterparts - we can call them The Genocide Alliance - staged a coup in Ukraine to make the country openly hostile to Russia and armed to the death. It was their brilliant new way to weaken Russia (and Russia and Germany divided, as has been the strategy of the Anglo-Saxons for centuries).

But then the US had a change of heart, as it often does on matters concerning its imperial ambitions, and Ukraine has been discarded for a new friendship with Russia in the name of, one should assume, a new all-whire coalition to hold the Chinese empire at bay.

Ukraine could have easily avoided this tragedy: it should have just insisted it didn’t need a NATO membership and wanted to be friends with everybody, East and West. For a long time, that was Ukraine’s policy. But the US wanted a regime change and got Zelenskyy, only to discard him like a boring tedious toy in the next act.

A lesson seen the world over

We have seen this process a million times before: the US went into Vietnam and had supposed allies in South Vietnam. It had allies in Afghanistan and Iraq (similarly, Israel had allies in Southern Lebanon, who helped its occupation of the south for a generation. They were abandoned in an instant when Israel realized it could not hold on to the territory anymore, thanks to Hezbollah’s guerilla warfare excellence).

What makes Ukraine a different case is the style of abandonment, if you will. We don’t recall the US inviting its former Afghani collaborators to the WHite House to be humiliated and thrown overboard. Besides, none of them had Zellenskyy’s renoun.

For 3 years, the US built the Ukranian leader (it installed) as the epitome of courage, democracy, and resilience, only to treat him like this. It was a pain to watch.

But everybody watched it and took note. From Arab rulers in the Middle East to Taiwan, the Philippines, and other countries in increasingly globally important Southeast Asia, like Malasia and Indonesia. Pakistani generals watched it, and Scandinavian politicians, and everybody else used to rely on America’s support as part of their calculus. To them, the public shaming of Zelenskyy must feel like a bucket of cold water.

The US cannot be trusted as an ally. Trusting it could be fatal, and very humiliating. And with the disdainful way Europe is being treated after sacrificing so much for America’s Ukraine daydream (also Canada, and always publicly; a Trump staple), the USA’s standing in the world will never be the same.

And this is actually a good thing.

It is not just the winter and its cold greyness that brings us down and mutes our voices: It is also not a sense of economic foreboding, as we realize - we have to realize - that the mega-bubble we’re in, with its disorienting disconnect between the rich and the rest, is nearing its end of days. If it was just that we would be somewhat relieved: the death of a lie always brings a tingly sense of liberation.

But we are not relieved at all. We experience a civilization-wide, general malaise; an epidemic of colorless, odorless, soundless joylessness; A new Middle Ages.

It is a sad, dark new Middle Ages that Israel is allowed to force upon the rest of humanity through its integration into the white, American colonial system. This is a big part of why we feel like life's energy has stalled and slowed to a bare minimum, making everything, everywhere, much less meaningful and enjoyable.

It is a winter of the heart and mind, not just a winter of the body.

The open license for murder, sadism, and sociopathy given to Israel by the West weighs down on all of us, and we're never without it wherever we are and whatever we do. We are connected, and the pain of the people of the Middle East - those the West granted Israel a license and the means to destroy - causes our breathing to be shallow and laborious. Nothing tastes or sounds as good as it once did; all is tainted, almost visibly bloodied, like a real-life horror movie.

We'll only become fully alive again, as a species, when Zionism is defeated. And I believe its days are numbered. Perhaps even literally so.

Playing with fire

Being a Jew who’s completely and perfectly free from any trace of Zionism or idiotic religious or nationalist mysticism comes at a cost of isolation and hatred, but it is also such a liberation, I tell you (what have you freed yourselves from?). I’m saying this as a necessary prelude to sharing my observation about the dangerous path American Jews have taken over the years and reached a critical point with their enthusiastic support for Israel’s genocide, expansionism, and general degenerate (Biblical?) sociopathy.
